Return Process
- Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at: www.myneocore.com/ReturnRequest
- After receiving your RMA, ship the item within 10 days following the provided return instructions
100-Day Return Guarantee. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for an exchange or full refund:
- Returns must be initiated within 100 days of purchase date
- Products must be in as-new condition with absolutely no signs of use
- All original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Original receipt must accompany the return
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method
Return Package Requirements
All returns must include:
- Complete original packaging in pristine condition
- All accessories included with the original purchase
- All instruction manuals
- Complete warranty documentation
Important Notes
- Tablets must be in pristine, as-new condition with no scratches, marks, or other signs of use
- Items showing any evidence of use or wear will be rejected for return
- Incomplete returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase price

Refurbished Items
- 3-month warranty (not eligible for standard 2-year warranty)
- 14-day return window (not eligible for 100-day return policy)
Defective Items
- No restocking fee for defects reported within 180 days of purchase
- Return shipping costs covered by NEOCORE
Shipping Insurance
- We recommend insuring your return shipment
- NEOCORE is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping
