RETURNS POLICY

Return Process

  1. Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at: www.myneocore.com/ReturnRequest
  2. After receiving your RMA, ship the item within 10 days following the provided return instructions

100-Day Return Guarantee. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or full refund:

  • Returns must be initiated within 100 days of purchase date
  • Products must be in as-new condition with absolutely no signs of use
  • All original packaging must be intact and undamaged
  • Original receipt must accompany the return
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

Return Package Requirements

All returns must include:

  • Complete original packaging in pristine condition
  • All accessories included with the original purchase
  • All instruction manuals
  • Complete warranty documentation

Important Notes

  • Tablets must be in pristine, as-new condition with no scratches, marks, or other signs of use
  • Items showing any evidence of use or wear will be rejected for return
  • Incomplete returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original purchase price

 

Special Conditions

Refurbished Items

  • 3-month warranty (not eligible for standard 2-year warranty)
  • 14-day return window (not eligible for 100-day return policy)

Defective Items

  • No restocking fee for defects reported within 180 days of purchase
  • Return shipping costs covered by NEOCORE

Shipping Insurance

  • We recommend insuring your return shipment
  • NEOCORE is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping
