Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery within the UK. Your order will arrive within 5 business days after dispatch, including Saturdays but excluding public holidays. -
Next Day UK Delivery - £5.99
For urgent orders, next-day delivery is available for £5.99. Please place your order before 1 pm. Delivery will be made within 1 business day after dispatch, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. -
Free EU Delivery
Enjoy free delivery across the EU for orders over £150 (€199). For orders under this threshold, delivery starts at £9.99. Your order will arrive within 7 business days after dispatch. -
International Delivery
We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse, delivery starts at £9.99. For non-EU destinations, delivery times are up to 20 days, including Saturdays but excluding public holidays. Please note, VAT and taxes are prepaid for all EU countries.
Please be aware that delivery options may vary depending on the product and destination. Free delivery is not available for international orders, gift vouchers, or premium delivery services. We reserve the right to withhold delivery if we believe the address is insecure, such as communal postal addresses or PO boxes. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please request a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number via the link below. Once issued, send the item back to us within 10 days using the provided return instructions. -
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for an exchange or full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 100 days, along with your receipt. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. -
Refurbished Items
Please note that refurbished items are excluded from our 2-year warranty and 100-day return policy. Instead, refurbished items come with a 3-month warranty and a 14-day return window.

Return Requirements
Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, instructions, warranties, and accessories. If these conditions are not met, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price may apply. -
Refund Eligibility
The 100-day return policy does not apply to discounted, refurbished items, or accessories, which are subject to a 14-day return policy under the Distance Selling Regulations. -
Defective Items
If the return or exchange is due to a defect within 180 days of purchase, no restocking fee will be charged, and we will cover the return shipping costs. -
Insurance
We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure your parcel is adequately insured.
