Efficient service

Tablet cover and charger arrived quickly. Company contacted me to check I had ordered correct model as I have an E1 and an E2 tablet. I was impressed with that. I needed help with my E2 and received a very helpful email with advice which I am about to use.

rubber case for neocore tablet.

This doesnt fit my Neocore E2s tablet. I tried to return it but the returns link on their website does not work. I have tried to email them but have not had a reply. Equally I tried their web chat and that didnt work either.
I tried to call them and got an automated message saying they were closed (this was during office hours).
To date im not convinced that their 100 day return policy actually works in practice. This is a shame as so far as the tablet I bought is living up to my expectations. Caveat Emptor.

It fits, but there is no aperture for inserting the mini hdmi plug.
A sharp pointed knife and nail scissors sorted this, but the result is a little messy.

Great very soft but stop's any knocks and protection for my E2. Fits perfect ☺️
