We ship only from our UK warehouse, worldwide, you will never pay VAT or tax (for EU countries).

Free UK Delivery.
Standard delivery is free to the UK. Delivery time, up to 5 business days after dispatch, including Saturdays but not including Public Holidays.

Next day delivery £5.99.
Your order needs to be placed before 1pm. Delivery time: up to 1 business day after dispatch, not including Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holidays.

International delivery from £9.99.
Delivery time, up to 7 business days after dispatch (EU destinations) and up to 20 days for non EU destinations, including Saturdays but not including Public Holidays.

This is subject to availability and does not include gift vouchers, international delivery destinations, or premium delivery services. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Return your item

We will provide Returns Merchandise Authorisation  (RMA) number and send your goods back to us within 10 days of receiving that RMA number, using the return information supplied to you.



Refund policy 
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt, we offer a 100 days to return.


Return an item* in their original packaging within 100 days, together with your receipt for either an exchange or a full refund of product price. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

*Our 100-day return policy does not apply to discounted/refurbished items and accessories, those items have 14 days return policy.


Item must be in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange or a restocking fee up to 30% of the price of the product may apply.

No restocking fee shall apply if the reason for the return or exchange is due to a defect within 180 days after purchase, return shipping cost will be covered by us.
