We give you 100 Days to Return any new item and free delivery.


We ship only from our UK or EU warehouse, worldwide, you will never pay VAT or tax (for EU countries).

Free UK Delivery.
Standard delivery is free within the UK. Delivery time is up to 5 business days after dispatch, including Saturdays but excluding Public Holidays.
Next day delivery £5.99.
If you need your order urgently, you can opt for next day delivery. Please place your order before 1 pm. Delivery time is up to 1 business day after dispatch, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

International delivery from £9.99.
We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse. For EU destinations, delivery time is up to 7 business days after dispatch. For non-EU destinations, delivery time is up to 20 days, including Saturdays but excluding Public Holidays. You will never pay VAT or tax for EU countries.
Refurbished items are excluded form international delivery. Refurbished items are only available for delivery within the UK.
Please note that availability and delivery options may vary based on the product and destination. We do not offer free delivery for international orders, gift vouchers, international delivery destinations, or premium delivery services. We reserve the right to not deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, such as communal postal addresses or PO boxes. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

We will provide Returns Merchandise Authorisation  (RMA) number and send your goods back to us within 10 days of receiving that RMA number, using the return information supplied to you.

Refund Policy

1. Return Authorisation: Every return must be pre-authorised by our customer service team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

2. Responsibility for Unauthorised Returns: We are not responsible for unauthorised returns and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to items sent without proper authorisation.

3. Refund: At NEOCORE, we offer an extended 100-day return policy for your convenience. Please note that the 100-day return policy does not apply to discounted or refurbished items and accessories, which are subject to a 14-day return policy under the Distance Selling Regulations.

4. Return Process: To receive an exchange or a full refund of the product price, return the item in its original packaging and condition within 100 days, along with your receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

5. Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. This includes all packaging, instructions, warranties, and any applicable accessories. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product price.

6. Insurance: We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure your parcel is properly insured.

7. Defective Items: If the return or exchange is due to a defect within 180 days of purchase, no restocking fee will apply, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
