UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery (FREE): Delivery within 5 business days after dispatch (including Saturdays, excluding public holidays)
• Next Day Delivery (£5.99): Order before 1 PM for delivery within 1 business day after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays)

European Delivery

• FREE on orders over £150 (€199)
• Standard Rate starting from £9.99 for orders below threshold
• Delivery within 7 business days after dispatch
• All VAT and taxes prepaid for EU countries

International Delivery

• Available worldwide from our UK warehouse
• Rates starting from £9.99
• Delivery times up to 20 days (including Saturdays, excluding public holidays)

Discount Codes and Dispatch Time Policy

1. Discounted orders
   When you place an order using any discount or promotional code, a longer dispatch time applies.

2. Dispatch time for discounted orders
   Orders placed with a discount code have a minimum dispatch time of 14 working days.
   If a different dispatch time is clearly stated on the product page or during checkout, the stated time applies.

3. Scope of the rule
   This policy applies only to orders where a discount code was used at checkout.
   The reduced price confirms acceptance of the extended dispatch time.

4. Full price items and preorders
   This policy does not apply to full-price items.
   Preorder dispatch dates for full price items remain valid and unchanged.

5. Customer responsibility
   You are responsible for reviewing dispatch information before completing your purchase.
   Placing an order with a discount code confirms acceptance of these terms.
